Booking deposit secures your date
A $1,000 booking deposit locks your project into the calendar and reserves your build slot with our crew.
Final check measure on site
We visit your property for a final check measure. This confirms exact dimensions and is what your material order is based on.
Materials ordered, site prepped
Materials typically take 7–14 days to arrive. While we wait, our team is on site preparing the space and getting everything ready for installation day.
Materials arrive, installation begins
Once everything is on site, installation gets underway.
Practical completion
Once the project reaches practical completion and you're happy with the finished work, the final balance is due.
